The West Denver Renaissance Collaborative (WDRC) was created to provide integrated planning and collaboration around changing conditions, planning initiatives, and public investments in west Denver, with the goal of elevating assets and outcomes for existing residents.

Groundwork Denver
The mission of Groundwork Denver is to bring about the sustained improvement of the physical environment and promote health and well-being through community-based partnerships and action. We are “doers”, not “talkers.” We plant trees, we improve parks, we clean up rivers, we grow food, we insulate houses, and we coordinate thousands of volunteers to help.
Construction Apprentice Preparatory Program
The Construction Apprentice Preparatory Program (CAPP) focuses on enhancing the scholastic aptitude of residents in the tri-state area that are interested in pursuing a career in the construction and building trade unions. Our instructors include retired members of the trade unions, retired members of the private sector, as well as CAPP Alumni.
Frontline Farming
Frontline Farming is a community engaged in food production and education along the Front Range. They grow high quality, organic food which supports fair wages for our farmers and is distributed through sales to a network of restaurants and institutional purchasers, sliding scale sales at farm stands and donations to a variety of non-profit partners.
