The 2020 Enterprise Green Communities Criteria marks the first edition of the Criteria to specifically promote resident participation, cultural leadership, and community buy-in in affordable housing project through key cultural resilient strategies as part of the design development and community planning process. Following this template, project teams have the option of completing a Cultural Resilience Assessment to reflect the local and cultural context of a project and encourage an inclusive and culturally relevant development process for equitable project outcomes.
